Responsibilities

Support teams in Trial Master File Administration (eTMF), Study Start-Up, and Site Monitoring

Make real contributions and work on projects supporting collection and filing of regulatory documents and study site activation

Develop skills in building and maintaining multi-disciplinary relationships

Receive mentoring and feedback from managers and colleagues

Required

Bachelor's degree awarded in 2025 or due to be awarded in 2026 in life science, health science, or related field

Proven experience in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Ability to travel throughout the US up to 50%

Preferred

Understanding clinical trial processes and common regulatory documents, such as data collection, regulatory compliance, or patient interaction
