CapEd Credit Union is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to contribute to the fulfillment of their strategic financial plan. The role involves contacting potential business members to establish and expand deposit relationships while educating them on a range of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

Offers business members services such as, but not limited to, credit cards, ACH, remote deposit capture, payroll, merchant services, and business online banking

Qualifies new business member referrals and assists business members through the full cycle fulfillment process of setting up and servicing business deposit accounts and business services

Actively reaches out to current members to retain and deepen business relationships

Frequently and consistently collaborates with all member-serving departments to share knowledge and expertise for promoting business deposit products and services

Collaborates and coordinates with the marketing department to facilitate promotions and activities for enhancing business relationships. Attend or participate in community affairs as needed

Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions

Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Five years to eight years of similar or related experience

A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree), or five to eight years of practical experience in relationship management banking
