Responsibilities
Assist Creative Services Department with project needs: digital ads, social graphics, email creative, posters, logos, flyers, signage, invites, print ads, autograph cards, seating charts, pricing maps, etc. while adhering to our brand identity standards
Work with the Corporate Partnership Team in helping to design their presentation decks and assist with creation of mockups for proposed entitlement signage
Develop and maintain relationships with various printers and outside vendors; solicit vendor print quotes
Occasional editing of photos and online gallery creation on Cleveland Browns game days
Meet all creative deadlines with a high level of design and execution
Opportunity is an in-house design position and not available for remote candidates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts degree or art school training
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat
Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of printing process
Minimum of one-year professional experience
Creativity, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Must be a team player and able to work well within a group environment
Volunteer participation in Browns events and initiatives when demand is needed
Preferred
Minimum of one-year professional experience preferred
Related work experience in the sports industry is a plus
