Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners

Lead and collaborate with team members virtually
Develop and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting

Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
Leading teams and coaching others
Developing relationships within PwC and sharing planning ideas
Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
Leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
Thorough project management skills
