We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Refreshment Specialist to join our dynamic accounting office team, where you will oversee vending-related financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial audits and performance evaluation of vending machine operations, including revenue, cash flow, profitability, and cost analysis

Act as a liaison between the finance department and internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to gather financial data and provide baseline insights for decision-making

Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and IT to align financial goals with business objectives and strategies

Input financial information into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software with precision and attention to detail

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data entry workflows and enhance accuracy and efficiency
