Responsibilities

Manage a book of 50+ Accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and reinforce CarSaver’s value proposition
Maintain account health through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and executive-level communication
Guide new clients through implementation, training, and launch of CarSaver’s digital retailing tools
Deliver consultative best practices to accelerate adoption and maximize platform usage
Drive renewals by ensuring client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CarSaver’s product suite
Partner with Sales to expand account penetration and revenue
Track and report on client success metrics (NRR, CSAT, adoption rates, churn risk)
Utilize client health scoring models to prioritize interventions and maximize retention
Provide feedback loops to influence roadmap decisions
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for the clients’ needs
Collaborate with the team on campaigns that reinforce value and drive engagement
Support VP of Client Success in strategic initiatives and executive reporting

Required

5+ years in client success, performance management, account management, or customer-facing SaaS roles
Experience managing a high-volume book of business (50+ accounts)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with executive presence
Data-driven mindset—comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI storytelling
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment

Preferred

Knowledge of automotive retailing, dealer/OEM dynamics, CRM, data mining or digital retailing platforms preferred
