Responsibilities
Manage the monthly close process: bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting
Reconcile monthly shipped sales reports from billing to Sage
Partner with procurement on inbound freight and tariff-related cost allocations (COGS)
Initiate ACH/wire transfers and maintain daily cash reporting
Maintain and update accounts/reporting in the Sage accounting system
Collaborate with AR & AP; prepare reports and data for annual audit
Assist the Controller with annual budget and forecasting
Review and oversee monthly expense reports via Emburse
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and monthly close processes
Proficiency in Sage or similar ERP systems
Excel skills
Preferred
