Responsibilities
Lead the full AP lifecycle: vendors, invoices, approvals, and payments
Strengthen internal controls and SOX-aligned processes
Drive automation and workflow improvements across AP systems
Oversee corporate card and employee expense programs
Manage AP reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
Serve as the primary partner for AP-related audits
Build and lead a high-performing AP team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience leading accounts payable operations and teams
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AP best practices
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar
Track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset
Preferred
CPA or equivalent
Experience in multi-entity or global environments
Audit and SOX compliance exposure
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
