Responsibilities

Develop and refine legal datasets and rubrics for AI training in capital markets and securities law
Draft, review, and evaluate regulatory filings, disclosures, compliance policies, and trading contracts
Translate exchange rulebooks and regulatory guidance into structured AI training inputs
Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, regulatory alignment, and completeness
Identify gaps in AI understanding of securities law and recommend improvements
Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to optimize legal accuracy
Document best practices and communicate findings clearly to legal and technical stakeholders

Qualification

Law degreeSecurities law experienceFinancial instruments expertiseRegulatory frameworks knowledgeLegal communication skillsCompliance understanding

Required

Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) with active license to practice law
Substantial experience practicing securities or capital markets law
Expertise in financial instruments including equities, derivatives, futures, options, and ETFs
Strong command of regulatory frameworks such as SEC, CFTC, FCA, and ESMA/MiFID II
Exceptional written and verbal legal communication skills
Strong understanding of compliance, transparency, and market abuse standards
