Responsibilities

Design and deliver seller journeys focused on high-impact priorities related to the Red Hat Portfolio
Collaborate with field sales stakeholders to define critical competencies across roles and design scalable learning paths for product, technical and business audiences
Develop actionable training, resources, and tools that sales need to successfully execute product launches
Lead Sales enablement programs, serving as a main point of contact for leadership, stakeholders, subject matter experts and other teams for those programs
Partner with Role Architects, Geo Advocates, stakeholders and leadership to develop strategic plans to advance the learning and enablement agenda, ensuring alignment with company business goals and industry best practices
Identify knowledge and skills gaps across sales personas and tailor solutions to address them
Develop scalable methods for communication across multiple sales/seller types
Drive vision and innovation in learning and enablement initiatives, determining the best learning experiences and methodologies to be used on assignments with cross-functional impact, while identifying and leveraging emerging technologies and digital learning strategies to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of learning experiences
Engage with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on program status, seek guidance on strategic decisions, and advocate for program support and resources
Ensure that program and project deliverables meet team standards and are delivered on time, optimizing quality and effectiveness
Define, track, and analyze key metrics that drive business impact and use those insights to improve learning content and delivery methods
Exercise independent judgment and business acumen to work on and resolve highly complex issues that impact the success of critical projects, valuable relationships, and key business processes
Develop formal networks across Red Hat to influence priorities and objectives both internally and with partners, consistently reinforcing a "Red Hat" mindset

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing programs and projects
Experience with partner go-to-market motions, channel/alliances, and strategic partner programs
Experience with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms
