Responsibilities

Manage and execute high-stakes AI data projects across reinforcement learning and pre-training workstreams, ensuring technical and operational excellence at scale

Partner directly with AI Labs to define project requirements, success metrics, and quality systems while navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles

Build clear project execution plans and keep them on track through proactive risk identification, dependency management, and resource coordination across time zones

Communicate with precision to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear, actionable updates that drive alignment and keep complex, fast-moving projects de-risked

Required

Proven experience managing complex technical projects in AI data operations

Technical chops and communication skills to build scalable systems, leverage project management tools effectively, and drive high-impact initiatives autonomously
