The Accounts Payable Support person will assist the Accounts Payable Manager in daily processing of accounts payable invoices and help in preparing reports, processing checks, and assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Maintain Vendor Master File
Credit card control and payments
A/P monthly processing
Preparing checks for payment
Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and annual audits
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor degree in Accounting or in business-related field
Background in Microsoft Office software
