Roncelli, Inc. is growing and we are looking for a talented Concrete Estimator & Project Manager to join our Self-Perform Concrete team. This role combines full cycle estimating with project management, giving you ownership from bid to closeout while supporting the delivery of safe and successful projects.

Responsibilities

Lead full estimating efforts for self-perform concrete projects — including takeoffs, pricing, value engineering, and competitive bids

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout: planning, scheduling, financials, documentation, logistics, and team coordination

Build and maintain relationships with clients, field leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers

Coordinate material and equipment procurement; review and negotiate supplier/subcontractor proposals

Maintain project schedules and ensure all milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met

Monitor costs and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability

Support field operations with proactive planning and problem solving

Ensure full compliance with safety standards, site requirements, and best practices

Conduct post-project reviews to identify wins, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities
