Qualification
Required
A valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service with experience building positive client relationships
Understanding of real estate principles, practices, and current market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with the local market and communities in Central Ohio is a plus
