They are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to manage data architecture and engineering for the Growth Marketing and Insights team, ensuring data quality and efficiency in marketing measurement tools.

Responsibilities
You will collaborate with key partners and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Process including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Build
You will play a meaningful role in building high-level design artifacts
You will also deliver high-quality code work for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation and transition
Take charge of reorganizing the database to more effectively serve data scientists and business analysts throughout the marketing organization
Scope requirements, connect data sources and build ETL processes to support new products and routes to market as the team expands campaign measurement products/models for Adobe's B2C and B2B business units
Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to maintain data integrity and perform root cause analysis when discrepancies arise in the data
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years of data engineering experience
Proven expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
Experience with CursorAI or similar platforms for intelligent data workflows and automation
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-based analytics environments such as Databricks
Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and BI Engineers to provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
Experience and passion for data-driven development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Background in supporting agile marketing or growth teams is a plus
