Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair all types of sectional, rolling steel, sliding, high-speed, and loading dock doors and openers

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform quality welding when required

Maintain truck inventory and handle all related paperwork and payments per company policy

Work safely from ladders or lift equipment at heights required for commercial installations

Provide great customer service on-site, answer questions, and represent the company professionally

Assist with training new employees and offer product feedback or improvement suggestions when needed

Keep tools in good working order and maintain a clean, professional appearance

Support the sales team in the field when opportunities arise
