Responsibilities

Lead installation of septic systems including tanks, drip dispersal systems, and related components

Interpret septic plans, elevations, and system layouts; verify proper flow and zone placement

Oversee excavation, trenching, grading, bedding, and backfilling

Install and coordinate drip line placement, manifolds, pumps, controls, and pressure testing

Supervise crew members and maintain job-site productivity and quality

Operate or coordinate equipment use (excavators, skid steers, compactors)

Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations

Act as point of contact during inspections and job-site coordination

Troubleshoot site conditions such as soil type, slope, and drainage challenges

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
