Responsibilities
Lead the sales floor to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals (50–60 deals/month)
Coach, train, and hold your sales team accountable to proven sales processes
Drive both new and used vehicle performance with smart inventory and pricing strategies
Monitor performance metrics daily and adjust tactics for lead handling, follow-up, and closing
Partner with the BDC and Internet departments to ensure strong appointment-to-show ratios
Support desk deals, structure financing options, and close deals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to delivery
Collaborate with upper management to execute store-wide sales strategies
Maintain a positive, high-energy culture that drives motivation and performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success as a Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership
Experience managing both new and pre-owned sales teams
Strong leadership and coaching ability—you lead by example and motivate others to win
Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in deal structuring and inventory management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong understanding of CRM tools, digital retail platforms, and DMS systems
Preferred
Bilingual candidates are a plus (not required)
