Responsibilities
Structuring and placing tax insurance programs on behalf of Aon’s clients
Supporting the production efforts of Aon’s retail producers and account executives
Attendance at important tax related conferences to promote Aon’s tax insurance team and the overall M&A and Transaction Solutions business
Qualification
Required
Tax lawyer or tax accountant with significant experience practicing tax law
5+ years of relevant work experience, specifically client facing experience practicing tax law and proven ability to develop tax related business
Good network among the legal and business community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of self-direction and sound judgment
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, a related field or equivalent industry experience
Strong background in U.S. federal income taxation
Significant experience with general U.S. tax law and assessments and the tax ramifications of business transactions
Preferred
M&A-related and/or tax litigation experience
