Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive testing strategies
Develop and manage test cases
Ensure the overall quality and reliability of all Workday system components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to assess testing requirements
Proactively identify risks and issues
Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, regulatory considerations, and public-sector business objectives
Guide team members and engage stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules
Proficient in Testing, including expertise in developing and conducting Test Cases
Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify optimization opportunities
Experienced in Software Testing, including proficiency with Workday systems and workflows
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide clear updates to stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead testing projects effectively and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
