Responsibilities
Delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects ideally for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc
Managing multiple projects at various stages, including all planning, design, production, quality control and financial responsibilities
Providing technical leadership, mentoring & guidance to team members to assure total quality of all engineering efforts
Coordinating the activities of all team members and assuring production meets schedules while producing a reasonable profit
Qualification
Required
6-10+ years of experience Designing and Managing Electrical/MEP Projects for Engineering Consulting or Design/Build environment
Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer Designing Power and Lighting Building Systems on complex projects
Project Experience Delivering New Construction and/or Renovation Projects for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Software
Construction Costs and Life Cycle Analysis; Experience Managing Moderate to Complex Projects
Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff
Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings
Ability to mentor junior level staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated familiarity with Local Building Codes & Standards
Strong technical leadership and management skills
Preferred
EIT or PE Licensed Preferred
