Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration programs

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality

Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams

Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP S/4HANA solutions

Drive program governance, reporting, and executive communication

Oversee integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications

Manage vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore teams

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards

Required

7–10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong SAP S/4HANA functional background

Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or related areas

Proven experience managing SAP transformation or upgrade programs

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA certification

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification

Experience in manufacturing, retail, or enterprise environments is a plus
