Lead EMR implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to completion

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives

Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support

Ensure EMR systems meet regulatory, security, and interoperability standards

Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and system enhancements

Coordinate with EMR vendors and third-party consultants

Manage contracts, service level agreements, and vendor performance

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date
