Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assisting with the scanning, imaging, filing, prepping, batching and quality control of paper loan documents
Entering a production log each day via Excel
Getting on ladders to put files away on MSU's (movable shelving units)
Prepping business banking & SBA files, assemble and index them out to our imaging system for the field to view the documents online
Scanning files and indexing
Sorting, processing, researching, extracting and filing documents and files within the File Room Department
Qualification
Required
Ability to have high production and be motivated
Alright with repetitive and monotonous work
Office experience of some sort
Ability to operate a computer basic things such as send e-mails, perform data entry
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to be on their feet for 4+ hours out of a work day (file team)
Basic computer skills as they will be entering a production log each day via Excel
Strong attention to detail and the desire to work efficiently
Eager to learn and have a great attitude and GREAT attendance
Preferred
Banking experience
Loan document knowledge
Mortgage knowledge
10 key data entry
Excel experience
SharePoint familiar
