Responsibilities
Assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Process incoming payments (cash, check, credit card, electronic) accurately and timely
Record transactions in accounting or billing systems
Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with collections as needed
Generate receipts and respond to payment-related inquiries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or accounting is a plus
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or payment processing role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
