Responsibilities
Support general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Help prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to production activity
Provide financial and operational reporting to senior leadership
Support compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with operations and leadership on cost tracking and process improvements
Assist with transitioning accounting responsibilities away from third-party providers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a staff or general accounting role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
Comfortable working in a small-company environment with limited accounting redundancy
Able to handle sensitive and confidential financial information
