Digital Strategist

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of high-performing Google Ads strategies across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display, and other channels
Analyze winning account structures, bidding strategies, audience data, and creative trends to identify opportunities for growth
Build strategic roadmaps that outline scalable pathways forward based on data, trends, and performance insights
Ensure campaigns follow direct-response principles and drive measurable revenue growth
Go beyond traditional media buying by assessing landing pages, funnels, user journeys, and messaging flows
Collaborate with funnel builders, creative strategists, and CRO specialists to align ads with downstream conversion systems
Identify opportunities for new offers, creative angles, and conversion frameworks to improve cold-traffic performance
Implement and test full-funnel strategies designed to convert prospects into buyers efficiently
Ideate new creative angles, hooks, messaging structures, and video concepts specifically for Google and YouTube ad ecosystems
Work closely with the creative team to test and iterate winning creative concepts based on platform data
Drive innovation by testing new formats, audiences, campaign structures, and strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Google Ads specialists—ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
Provide clear communication, guidance, and troubleshooting support to team members
Establish best practices, SOPs, and frameworks that elevate the entire department’s quality and output
Foster a culture of critical thinking, creativity, and calculated risk-taking
Review and interpret performance data to make strategic decisions rooted in analytics
Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities within accounts
Communicate insights clearly across teams and translate them into actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax, Display)
Strong analytical mind with the ability to connect data to strategy
Proven ability to craft, iterate, and optimize direct-response campaigns at scale
Experience with full-funnel strategy, CRO principles, and landing page optimization
Demonstrated ability to ideate creative concepts and understand what resonates with cold audiences
Previous leadership experience—mentoring teams, guiding specialists, and creating structures for success
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable taking calculated risks and thinking beyond conventional media buying
