Senior Sales Representative – Outside Sales (Apartment Industry)
The Liberty Group is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion in the multifamily market. This role requires strong networking skills and collaboration with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful candidate delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan to expand client base and increase market share
Actively prospect new clients through property visits, networking, and cold outreach
Identify decision-makers within property management companies and build long-term partnerships
Attend apartment association events, committee meetings, and industry trade shows to enhance visibility and generate leads
Manage full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement
Track activity, pipeline, and results in Bullhorn CRM; maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with existing clients
Partner with recruiters to ensure timely candidate delivery and high service satisfaction
Anticipate and resolve client concerns before they escalate
Provide feedback to management and recruiting on competitive trends and client needs
Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure alignment on client priorities and job fulfillment
Support new sales hires with informal training and best practice sharing
Capable of filling the core responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator during peak season or for coverage during PTO
Partner with Recruiting Resources and Property Managers to plan and hold job fairs, acting as an active and engaged partner in execution
Contribute to branch-level growth goals and participate in weekly pipeline and activity reviews
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of supplier-side sales experience in the multifamily industry (staffing, maintenance, restoration, janitorial, or related services)
Proven record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets
Strong familiarity with the Milwaukee property management community; active or past participation in the Milwaukee Apartment Association preferred
Demonstrated ability to balance field prospecting, networking, and administrative responsibilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
