Champion a delivery culture rooted in clarity, speed, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5 10+ years leading custom software development projects
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative delivery
Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable direction
Skilled at balancing multiple projects and priorities
Confident facilitator with exceptional communication skills
Comfortable working directly with clients across varied industries
