Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, test and integration of digital electronics systems
Ensure that the delivered product meets all customer specifications and meets or exceeds the needs of our customers
Support the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification
Interact with peers, management and government customers
Lead technical teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Electronics and/or software background
Experience in development of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry
Experience as a Responsible Engineer of analog and/or digital electronics
Experience in a Responsible Engineer / Product Lead role for analog and digital electronics
Experience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers
Familiarity with other engineering processes, disciplines and Subject Matter Experts
Familiarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.)
Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification
Experience in different phases of aerospace electronic component development cycle
Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers
Proficiency in presentations and in written communications
9+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's, 7+ years with a Masters degree or 4+ years with a PhD
While no clearance is needed to start this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, thus ship is required
Preferred
Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Experience leading technical teams
Experience developing products for space or missile applications
