Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing construction and renovation projects
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Conducting inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan projects
Creating budgets
Executing within a scheduled timeframe
Collaborating with internal teams to maintain sustainable practices and effective construction outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in Construction and Architecture for managing projects and collaborating with design professionals and contractors
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for cost-effective execution of projects
Expertise in Inspection to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for project planning, documentation, and communication
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of building codes and construction safety standards
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in a non-profit or socially conscious organization is a plus
