Newfound Lake Inn is seeking a friendly and tech-savvy part-time Front Desk Attendant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inn events and policies.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and manage dining and overnight accommodation reservations
Maintain knowledge of inn events to communicate accurate information to guests
Follow inn and restaurant policies for reservations and guest interactions
Become an expert in Newfound Lake attractions, amenities, and Inn offerings
Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
