New GradScholarty is a campus engagement platform that helps students discover events and connect with clubs. They are seeking a Student Software Developer to build and improve core product features while collaborating on product and technical decisions.

Responsibilities
Build and improve core product features including events, clubs, discovery, and dashboards
Work across frontend and backend systems
Improve UX flows, performance, and reliability
Collaborate directly on product and technical decisions
Ship quickly and iterate based on real user feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience building real web apps through school or side projects
Comfortable owning features end-to-end
Understands core programming concepts such as APIs, state, data flow, and authentication
Thinks through product logic, not just implementation
Communicates clearly and responds in a reasonable timeframe
Proactive about suggesting improvements and identifying problems
Interested in startups and building products from zero to one, and having an impact
Preferred
Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Antigravity, or Copilot
UI or UX awareness
