Allison Handler Design is a growing interior design firm that specializes in creating sophisticated and comfortable living spaces. They are seeking a Part-Time Marketing/Office Assistant to manage marketing activities and day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including collaborating with our PR and Social Media Teams, copywriting, email marketing, website updates, and production of digital and print collateral
Plan and execute events and promotional activations in collaboration with our brand partners and teams
Manage the day to day operations of the studio/office space, help prep and set up for client meetings and presentations, and perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing project timelines

Qualification

Marketing degreeSocial media managementFast-paced learningDetail orientedOrganizational skills

Required

Ideally will have a degree in business with an emphasis on marketing
Interested in social media management
Is extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to jump in and learn in a fast paced environment
