Responsibilities
Act as an industry subject matter expert across circular economy operations including logistics, purchasing, processing, accounting, and sales
Finance and accounting background is preferable
Support customer onboarding and discovery by translating operational pain points into system solutions
Map customer workflows and processes such as inbound receiving, grading, processing, outbound sales, tolling, brokerage, and logistics
Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and the Loop ERP implementation team
Assist with data collection, system configuration, user acceptance testing preparation, and end user training
Translate operational realities and industry nuances into ERP deployment logic and decision making
Support documentation of client standard operating procedures, training guides, and onboarding checklists
Participate in quality assurance and go live support to ensure solutions align with operational goals
Provide feedback on product usability, reporting needs, and regulatory or compliance considerations across circular industries
Qualification
Required
Five plus years of experience in recycling, scrap, waste management, aggregates, brokerage, materials recovery, or related circular economy industries
Experience with industry specific operational or accounting systems
Deep understanding of how materials are sourced, processed, traded, inventoried, and financially accounted for
Background in yard operations, plant operations, dispatch and logistics, procurement, inventory control, or finance
Familiarity with operations across facilities such as recycling plants, yards, materials recovery facilities, processors, brokers, or downstream buyers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across both operational and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Finance and accounting background is preferable
Experience with digital transformation, process improvement, or system implementations is a plus
