Strategic Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Ecosystem Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for Splunk sales teams. Proactively help them identify new opportunities, support their pipeline development, and provide the technical services needed to close complex deals
Cisco & Reseller Collaboration: Work alongside Cisco sales teams and top-tier resellers to expand the reach of Splunk products, positioning bitsIO as the preferred services and transition partner
ROI & AI Evangelism: Drive the adoption of datasensAI, our proprietary solution designed to help customers get more value from their data, improve security posture, and become 'AI-ready.'
Retention & Expansion: Partner with Splunk sales teams to ensure customer success, driving high retention rates and identifying opportunities for footprint expansion within existing accounts
Strategic Positioning: Articulate the value of bitsIO’s global delivery model—leveraging our expertise in the US, Costa Rica, Canada, India, and the UK—to provide North American clients with high-quality, cost-effective, 24/7 support
Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales process for bitsIO services, from initial discovery with partner teams to final contract execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with deep, existing relationships within the Splunk and/or Cisco sales organizations
You understand the partner motion. You know how to make a Splunk sales team's life easier by providing the expertise they need to move a deal forward
A strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Observability, and the business impact of AI solutions
A passion for helping customers achieve tangible ROI and navigating them through digital transformation
Proven track record of successfully selling into the North American enterprise market
