Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment flows, customer and vendor relationships
Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency
Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events
Maintain office policies and procedures in alignment with company standards
Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, time-off tracking, and employee records
Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
Manage budgets for office expenses and prepare expense reports
Support leadership with special projects and confidential matters

Required
