Secure venue partnerships based on established strategy
Manage the tactical event calendar, timelines, and deadlines
Coordinate event logistics, setup, and on-site execution
Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Handle fulfillment tasks like partner kits, materials, and on-site readiness
Spend time in the field identifying peak-time opportunities and cultural trends
Support the Marketing Director with hands-on execution to fully activate the market
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and execution-driven
Comfortable with hands-on, in-person work where no task is too small
Confident, professional, and persuasive in face-to-face conversations
Experienced in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, business operations, event production, or promotions
