Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Project Manager for Power Distribution & Control Solutions. In this role, you will lead and deliver complex projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure precision and quality in engineering and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Define scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables for project success

Manage projects from hand-off through closeout, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Lead cross-functional teams with effective communication among engineering, operations, sales, procurement, and external partners

Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and guide teams to achieve results

Conduct regular project meetings and deliver status updates

Proactively identify risks and create mitigation strategies

Track issues and drive timely resolution

Manage scope changes through structured change order processes

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers

Build strong relationships through transparent communication and updates

Ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered

Ensure deliverables meet engineering, safety, and regulatory standards

Lead post-project reviews to promote continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, or related technical field

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management tools

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

3–7 years' project management experience preferred; experience managing electrical distribution equipment projects is a plus

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are advantageous

Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills (Google Sheets, ERP exports, Power BI experience preferred)
