Community Medical Group (CMG) is dedicated to making healthcare accessible and community-driven. They are seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage with seniors and families, build relationships, and promote CMG as their healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

Engage with seniors and families in the community to share the benefits of joining CMG as their healthcare provider
Attend local events, community centers, and outreach activities to connect with potential patients
Build relationships and earn trust by being approachable, helpful, and professional
Work closely with our enrollment and marketing teams to help new members get started with CMG
Represent CMG’s mission of providing quality care and services at no cost to patients

Required

Outgoing and friendly personality who enjoys talking with people
Comfortable working in the field such as community events and local centers
Driven and goal oriented with a passion for helping others
English (Required)

Preferred

Previous sales retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual English Spanish or English Creole is a strong advantage but not required
