New Grad, Entry LevelWise Auto Group is seeking a Fit Specialist to join the Harley-Davidson of Yuba City team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect motorcycle and accessories while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and riding style
Help customers select the perfect motorcycle and accessories, ensuring a great fit and ride
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience
Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and financing options
Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and provide top-notch customer service
Qualification
Required
A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson brand
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Ability to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and provide personalized recommendations
Positive attitude, energy, and a team-oriented approach
Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models and products
Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance
Preferred
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required
