Qualification
Required
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Account Management
Excellent Communication skills and an ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to identify client needs and present customized solutions
Proficiency in sales strategies and tools with a results-focused mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Understanding of HVAC, lighting systems, and energy efficiency solutions is highly advantageous
Utilize grants and 0% On Bill repayment to offset any capitol cost
