Business Development Sales Representative
Confidential is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This role focuses on business-to-business sales, client acquisition, and account development, working directly with local and regional businesses to build relationships and grow long-term partnerships.

Conduct B2B sales presentations with local and regional businesses
Develop new business through prospecting, outreach, and referrals
Build and maintain client relationships and long-term accounts
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Meet weekly and monthly sales performance goals
Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategies
Represent the brand professionally in meetings and field environments
Qualification
Required
Interest in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Ability to learn consultative selling techniques
Reliable transportation and professional appearance
Preferred
Prior experience in B2B sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or fundraising is a plus — but not required
