Responsibilities
Lead development efforts for AI-driven components, ensuring scalability and robustness
Architect and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests for new features, emphasizing AI workflows
Drive quality assurance for AI models through advanced validation techniques and performance benchmarking
Oversee A/B testing strategies and interpret results using metrics such as F1 score, precision, and recall
Mentor junior developers and foster best practices in coding, testing, and AI safety
Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, product managers, and cloud engineers to deliver innovative solutions
Influence technical direction for AI initiatives and contribute to long-term product strategy
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code and automated testing
Deep experience with unit testing frameworks, including PyTest and gRPC-based service testing
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Advanced knowledge of data and AI libraries, such as Pandas and PySpark; PyTorch (highly preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Preferred
Proven background in Computer Vision, AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with model validation, synthetic data generation, and AI safety protocols
Exposure to distributed systems and high-performance computing for AI workloads
