Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management of all marketing and software engineering projects—from kickoff to delivery

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments across creative, paid acquisition, organic/social, customer experience, and web teams

Lead cross-functional standups, reviews, and retrospectives to keep everyone aligned and accountable

Work closely with team leads to anticipate roadblocks, manage bandwidth, and proactively resolve conflicts

Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and contractors as needed

Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are upheld across all marketing outputs

Create systems and documentation that scale with our growing team
