Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
Track order status, dispatch details, and customer fulfilment metrics
Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply chain performance
Act as SPOC for Private Label team for customer order processing
Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, finance team for timely order execution
Manage warehouse inventory dashboards
Update sales team on order status, dispatch schedules, and resolve basic queries
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
Monitor inbound and outbound logistics data to identify bottlenecks
Assist in periodic stock audits and variance reporting
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure seamless order-to-delivery cycle
Escalate operational issues promptly and follow up for closure

Required
