Reviewing and analyzing contract information to set up projects in multiple systems

Establishing project payment schedules and coordinating required backup documents

Preparing and sending invoicing related to contracts

Attending credit release and revenue recognition calls

Reconciling and booking revenue

Conducting quarterly reconciliation of projects and general ledger accounts

Following established accounting practices and adhering to policy

Working with internal and external auditors on project audits

Testing current and new applications and providing feedback

Maintaining customer relationships for inquiries and credit releases

Managing database maintenance and storage of closed project records
