Responsibilities
Run daily studio, fulfillment, and customer operations with care and precision
Own order fulfillment standards, presentation quality, and returns
Manage customer communication and issue resolution
Organize inventory flow and product movement through Shopify
Improve systems and workflows as volume increases
Take increasing ownership as the role grows
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in boutique, studio, retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment
Comfortable with Shopify or quick to learn new systems
Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Tech-savvy problem solver with strong attention to detail
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for moderate periods
Interest in fashion and familiarity with basic fashion terminology
Preferred
BA/BS preferred (business, marketing, merchandising, design, accounting, or liberal arts)
