Senior Paid Media Manager - Paid Search & Social for DTC (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Adspace is a performance-first growth agency trusted by ambitious, fast-scaling DTC brands. They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own hands-on execution and performance across Paid Search and Paid Social for their DTC clients, managing and optimizing active campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities
Own paid media execution for 10–12 DTC client accounts
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
– Meta Ads
– Google Ads
– TikTok Ads
– Amazon Ads (nice to have)
– Pinterest Ads (nice to have)
Manage budgets, pacing, testing, and optimization day-to-day
Scale spend efficiently while maintaining or improving CAC and ROAS
Design and maintain clean account structures and testing frameworks
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to improve performance
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and analytics
Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting to clients
Participate in client calls, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house)
Deep hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong background in Ecommerce / DTC paid acquisition
Personally managed $50k–$250k+/month in ad spend
Comfortable owning both strategy and in-platform execution
Data-driven, organized, and accountable for results
Thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
