They are seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Manager to own and evolve credit risk strategy across non-prime lending and subprime credit card products in the U.S. market, focusing on underwriting, credit limits, and customer behavior.

Responsibilities
Lead credit risk strategy for non-prime loans and/or subprime credit cards
Own underwriting, line assignment, and credit limit management
Analyze and optimize utilization, repayment behavior, delinquency, and losses
Monitor portfolio performance and customer cohorts across the lifecycle
Build and refine risk models, scorecards, and decision logic
Partner cross-functionally to launch and scale new credit features
Drive experiments and policy changes to improve risk-adjusted returns
Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in U.S. credit risk analytics
Strong background in non-prime / subprime credit products
Deep understanding of credit limits, utilization, and customer behavior
Hands-on analytical skills (SQL required; Python/R a plus)
Experience working with large datasets and production decision systems
Ability to translate analytics into practical business decisions
